Some pictures from our visit to Florence. At this point in our adventure serious "Church/Art fatigue" is setting in with the kids (see the last pic, above): "What? Not another Renaissance masterpiece, dad/mom!"
But even in our art-addled state it was hard not to be wowed by Michelangelo's "David." Likewise Florence's Duomo (Cathedral). Nb. Alas, we didn't even try the Uffizi.
The drive back to the Agriturismo was greeted with much enthusiasm (photo, top).
